Inspired by Samuel Kingsford, who built the flour mill that influenced the street name back in 1833, Samuels on Mill is an elegant, inspiring bar and restaurant in the heart of Perth. Led by Chef Chad Miskiewicz, who has been an epicurean innovator since 1998, our team creates inspired modern cuisine in a tasteful, refined ambience.

Treat Dad to a Guy Tea like no other this Father’s Day. We’ve shined the pint glasses, marinated the brisket and got the tasting paddles ready for the Guy Tea of his dreams.
Our Guy Tea menu features a selection of Dad-approved bites including pulled brisket tacos, smoked chicken cones and mac n cheese truffle pots.

Tastes of WA Great Southern Wine Dinner with Castelli Estate and Limeburners
Join us on Friday 10 September as we embark on a culinary journey through Australia’s Great Southern. Savour the taste of fresh locally sourced produce including Great Southern truffles, Dellendale Cheese and Albany akoya in a menu specially prepared by Chef Chad Miskiewicz. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a selection of Castelli Estate wines and the craftmanship of Limeburners Single Malt Whisky to finish. This will be a night both to delight and remember.

Christmas Day Lunch with Vasse Felix
Celebrate the holiday season, Samuels style. Indulge in a three course lunch featuring Samuels favourites from land and sea, and Vasse Felix wines. Try your choice of Chef Chad Miskiewicz’ specially prepared snapper and scallop ceviche, Treeton Farm beef fillet, Christmas turkey or locally sourced nannygai. For dessert, enjoy a traditional pavlova with citrus flare, warm plum pudding or Belgian dark chocolate cremeux. Christmas lunch is complemented with a selection of Vasse Felix wines, beer, and soft drink.
