From the Earth

Vasse Felix Winter Wine Series | Thursdays in August

Some of winter’s best comes from beneath the surface.

Every Thursday in August, we’re bringing Margaret River to the city with a menu built around the season’s standout ingredients.

Think tableside-shaved Manjimup truffle, premium Wagyu, rich chocolate fondant and expertly paired wines from Margaret River’s original winery, Vasse Felix.

Choose a single course from $48, or make a night of it with all three courses and pairings for $220 per person.

Bookings are essential. Limited places available.

See the full menu here.

Sammy's Hour

$9 from 5 to 6.

House wine, tap beer, or a spirit that doesn’t ask questions.

Weekdays only. The kind of hour worth clocking off for.

Tiramisu To-Go

$35 | Serves 3–4 (allegedly)

Our signature tiramisu is now available to take home — layered, luscious, and every bit as irresistible as you remember.

Limited quantities available each day (because we make them fresh, just the way Nonna taught us).

Order via the link below, select your collection time, and roll on up to collect the goods.

Classic Samuels Tiramisu – available daily, in limited quantities

Biscoff Tiramisu – available each Friday in limited quantities (served in our dining room daily)

This tiramisu doesn’t wait around… and neither should you.
